An Act relative to the sale of manufactured housing communities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 32R of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 86, after the words “paragraph (b)”, the following clause:-
nor in any instance where the purchaser agrees to maintain and continue to operate said manufactured housing community, and abide by the manufactured housing communities current rules and regulations.
