An Act increasing penalties for operating vehicles under the influence.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 24 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 12-13, the words “, or is granted a continuance without a finding for”.
SECTION 2. Section 24 of chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 23, the words “, or granted a continuance without a finding”.
SECTION 3. Section 24 of chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 167-168, the words “except for dispositions under section twenty-four D”.
SECTION 4. Section 24 of chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 757-758, the words “, or is granted a continuance without a finding for”.
