SECTION 1. Chapter 266 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 147 the following section:-
No person shall knowingly use a postal address without the knowledge and consent of the authorized owner of said postal address. Any person using or purporting to use a postal address without the authorization described in this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not more than 1000 dollars or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 1 year or both.
