An Act relative to the enhancement of child safety.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

AN ACT  Related to the Enhancement of Public Safety of Children in the Vicinity of an Attractive Nuisance , a Motor Vehicle with the Purpose of Selling Frozen Desserts.

SECTION 1.  Chapter 101 section 16A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the following new section:

Section 2.  If a motor vehicle is stopped on a road for the purpose of selling frozen desserts without a functioning and operating amber dome light, or front and rear warning lights, said vehicle shall be subject to a citation and fine of one hundred dollars to be issued by any law enforcement officer.
