An Act to regulate housing for convicted sex offenders.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 178F.5 of Chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting, after the last sentence of the first paragraph, the following paragraph:--
A sex offender finally classified as a Level 2 or Level 3 offender shall also be restricted from residing within 500 feet of school zones located within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
