In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to healthcare proxies.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 2 of Chapter 201D,  of the General Laws is hereby further amended by inserting at the end of section 2:- The proxy shall remain in effect and not be revoked due to death of the principal until 36 months from the time of the principal has deceased.
