An Act Relative to judicial discretion regarding immigration status.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Paragraph (d) of Section 3 of Chapter 211E of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following subparagraph:
(18) The offender’s immigration status.
