An Act designating the Essex Probate and Family Court as the Thaddeus M. Buczko Building.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The Essex Probate and Family Court in the city of Salem shall be designated and known as the Thaddeus M. Buczko Building in honor of the Honorable Thaddeus M. Buczko the former Justice of the Essex County Probate and Family Court, Massachusetts Auditor, Salem City Councilor, and member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives.

A suitable marker bearing that designation shall be attached thereto by the Department of Capital Asset Management

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
