An Act to protect the interests of children who are subjects of restraining orders.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section ? of Chapter 209A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting (where) the following:-
The juvenile court may modify or vacate any order under this chapter that relates to a child, if there is a proceeding in the juvenile court regarding that child.
