An Act Updating Chapter 268 Section 33.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1-

Section 33 of Chapter 268 is hereby amended by inserting after the words, “or examiner, investigator or other officer of the department of revenue,” the following:

or an agent, officer, or inspector of the state department of public health or a local board of health,

SECTION 2-

Section 33 of Chapter 268 is hereby amended by striking the words, “shall be punished by a fine of not more than four hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than one year,” and inserting in place thereof the following:

shall be punished by a fine of not more than four thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not more than one year
