An Act relative to living at home with use of technology for people with disabilities and seniors.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The commonwealth shall require the use of technology to allow seniors and people with physical, developmental or emotional disabilities to live in the community, by utilizing technology to maximize their independence. the Executive Office of Health and Human Services shall provide regulations for this purpose.
