An Act relative to the Recreational Tramway Board.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1.  Section 21(a) of Chapter 22 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by Chapter 68 of the Acts of 2011, as hereby amended by adding at the end of the first paragraph the following:

“; provided however, any such fine for Sections 71K and 71N shall not exceed two hundred dollars.”

Section 2.  Section 21(a) of Chapter 22 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by Chapter 68 of the Acts of 2011 is hereby amended by deleting clause (6) and inserting in its place the following new clause:

(6) Sections 71K and 71N of Chapter 143, provided, however, that a designee of the recreational tramway board may also issue a warning under these sections, provided however, in no instance shall the maximum fine exceed two hundred dollars.
