An Act relative to manslaughter..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 13 of chapter 265 of the General Laws, as appearing in 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following:- 

“A corporation committing manslaughter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $250,000.”
