An Act to protect the community against sex offenders.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 178 3/4 of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by c. 256 of the Acts of 2010, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “offender” the following words:- “who is on probation or parole supervision.”
