An Act to promote unemployment fairness.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section X. Section 13 of Chapter 151A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following; employers cannot be charged more or less specifically for their employee's employment status at another employer.
