An Act to combat drug addiction among youth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Three percent (3%) of the proceeds from the sales of former state hospital property shall be dedicated to the operation of drug detoxification facilities for youth, to be operated by the Commonwealth, or its designee, at suitable locations that will minimize the social exposures that encourage recidivism.
