An Act relative to subdivision ways.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 82 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following new section:–

Section 21A.  Notwithstanding procedures otherwise set forth in this chapter, all ways shown on a definitive plan, approved, constructed and completed in accordance with the provisions of section 81U of chapter 41, and for which title is otherwise transferred or conveyed to a city or town by recordable deed or other similar instrument, shall be considered public ways in said city or town, without need for any further action, all as if said ways were duly laid out by the selectmen or road commissioners of a town or city council of a city, and otherwise accepted by town meeting or city council vote.
