An Act to amend tobacco control laws.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Possession of Tobacco Products by Persons Under 18

M.G.L. Chapter 270. Section 6b

Section 1. Prohibited

No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted to possess any tobacco products.

Section 2. Violations and penalties

Any person found to be in possession of any tobacco product who is under the age of 18 shall have the tobacco product seized.
