An Act relative to physician health information technology.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1.The first paragraph of section 2 of chapter 112 of the General laws as amended by section 108 of chapter 224 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended by deleting the words “As used in this section, proficiency, at a minimum shall mean that applicants demonstrate the skills to comply with the “meaningful use” requirements, as set forth in 45 C.F.R. Part 170.”
