An Act to allow a sixty-day bulk purchase of prostate cancer medication.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 23(d) of Chapter 94C of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the word ,narcolepsy, the following:-provided further, that with regard to one percent testosterone, a prescription may be filled for up to a sixty-day supply of such substance upon any single filling if said substance is being used for the treatment of prostate cancer.
