An Act relative to physician assistants and interscholastic athletic head injuries.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (a) of section 222 of chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "physicians", in line 7, the following words:- “, physician assistants”
SECTION 2. Section 222 of chapter 111 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is further amended in subsection (c) by inserting after the word "neuropsychologist,", in line 39 and in line 50, the following words:- "physician assistant,".
