An Act prohibiting disclosure of service observing information.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 44 of Chapter 166 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 official edition is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the follow new paragraph as follows:-
“It shall be a prohibitive practice for a telecommunication company conducting service observation to inform a telemarketer or any other person or entity when a telephone customer is using their service.”
