An Act to limit drink specials.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official edition is hereby changed by replacing section (c) of Ch. 204 of the General Regulations - ABCC CMR 4.00: PROHIBITION OF CERTAIN PRACTICES 204-4.03: Certain Practices Prohibited with:
(c) sell, offer to sell or deliver to any person or group of persons any drinks at a price less than the price regularly charged for such drinks during the same calendar week, except at private functions not open to the public; OR except from Sunday through Thursday, for a minimum of at least two consecutive days, limited to beer and wine, at only at establishments also serving food, no more than two drinks per customer per calendar day, and must be sold for no less than cost plus at least $1, from noon to close.
