An Act rAn Act elative to continuing education for electricians.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, licensed electricians shall be allowed to complete their continuing education certification through either classroom or online classes, provided that the school is an accredited institute and the curriculum offered is approved by the Division of Professional Licensure.
