In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to the Plymouth Nuclear Power Plant.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the owners of Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, located in the town of Plymouth, shall perform a weekly test of its comprehensive nuclear safety and alarm system; provided that said test shall occur each Monday at the same hour each week.
