An Act related to state fire code enforcement reporting.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 2 of chapter 148A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word ‘violation.’ in line 8 the following:-

If the reason for failure be for violation of the state fire code, a copy of the notice shall be delivered, within 15 days of the violation, to the local marshal or the head of the local fire department.
