An act relative to motor fuel pump or device barriers.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 295C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph after the words "preceding paragraph.":-

Retail dealers of motor fuel shall be required to apply reflective materials on any safety barrier that provides protection around pumps or devices dispensing motor vehicle fuels.
