An Act relative to motor home lemon law eligibility.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 7N ½ of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the definition of “Manufacturer”, the following definition:

"Motor or auto home", a vehicular unit built on, or permanently attached to, a self-propelled motor vehicle chassis, chassis cab, or van, which becomes an integral part of the completed vehicle, designed for human habitation for recreational or emergency occupancy.

SECTION 2. Said section 7N ½ of said chapter, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 22, the words “auto homes.”
