An Act relative to reporting requirements for raffles and bazaars.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 7A of chapter 271 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 85, the words “twenty-five dollars in value” and inserting in place thereof the following words: a value to be determined by the attorney general.

SECTION 2. Said section 7A of said chapter 271, as so appearing, is hereby further amended in line 87 by inserting after the word “applied.” the following:- “The reporting of winners’ names shall not be required in the case of minor children.”
