An Act relative to capping payment of pensioners for services after retirement.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 91.(b) of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “nine hundred and sixty” in lines 84 and 85, and by replacing with the words “twelve hundred”.   

SECTION 2.  Subsection (b) of section 91 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “exceed” in line 87, the following words “by more than $15,000”.

SECTION 3. Section 91(c) of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “nine hundred and sixty” in line 96, and by replacing it with the words “twelve hundred”.
