An Act relative to overearnings of public employees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 32 Section 91 Paragraph (b) of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended in line 18 by striking the words “plus $15,000”.
