An Act to allow all active duty military personnel to purchase military service time.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The definition of "Veteran" in section l of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "inclusive", in lines 551 and 552, the following words:- and to include all active duty military personnel shall be allowed to purchase creditable military time regardless when served.
