An Act relative to certain nonprofit employees.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 32 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the second appearance of the word “authority” in line 16 the following:-“any employee of a nonprofit organization currently contracting with the commonwealth to provide goods or services that receives approval by the governing board of said organization and designated as a nonprofit under the United States Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) that consists of not more than 200 full-time employees, that receives 50 per cent or more of its annual funding from the commonwealth’s general fund and has received said percentage for at a minimum the most recent 4 fiscal years”
