An Act relative to employees with concurrent service in two or more governmental units.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 32, section 5 (2) (e)  is hereby amended by adding the following:

“,provided that an employee who began contributions to one of the governmental units prior to 1980  will be exempt by this law.”
