An Act expanding creditable service benefits to veterans who served in the armed forces of the United States.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subdivision (2) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 435 of paragraph (b), after the words “permanent-intermittent or call fire fighter” the words- “or veterans who served in the armed forces of the United States.”
SECTION 2. Subdivision (2) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 441 of paragraph (b), after the words “permanent-intermittent or call fire fighter” the words- “or veterans who served in the armed forces of the United States.”
SECTION 3. Subdivision (2) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 447 of paragraph (b), after the words “permanent-intermittent or call fire fighter” the words- “or veterans who served in the armed forces of the United States.”
SECTION 4. Subdivision (2) of section 4 of chapter of 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 449 of paragraph (b), after the words “permanent-intermittent or call fire fighter” the words- “or veterans who served in the armed forces of the United States.”
