An Act relative to employees of the Department of Fire Services..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting in line 302, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, after the words “Fire Marshal” the following words:— Deputy Fire Marshal, Director of the Division of Training, Director of Hazardous Materials, the Recruit Training Coordinator and Code Compliance Officers.

Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting in line 303, after the words “Fire Marshal” the following words:— Deputy Fire Marshal, Director of the Division of Training, Director of Hazardous Materials, the Recruit Training Coordinator and Code Compliance Officers.
