An Act to establish retirement parity for long term public defenders.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Group four of paragraph (g) of subdivision two of section three of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as amended by section 52 of chapter 38 of the Acts of 1995, is hereby further amended by inserting after the words "assistant district attorneys":— “investigators and attorneys of the Committee for Public Counsel Services who have been employed in such capacity for ten years or more.”
