An Act relative to indemnification.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 100 of Chapter 41, of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the words “members of the fire alarm division” after the words “fire fighter” throughout the section.
