An Act relative to indemnification.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 41, Section 100B of the General Laws, as appearing in the Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “majority of the members” in line 19 and inserting the word “member” and by striking the word “and” in line 23 and inserting the word “or” and by striking the words “within six months” in line 31.
