An Act relative to in the line of duty injuries to county corrections officers.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 111F of Chapter 41 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding at the end of the first paragraph the following:

The provisions of this section shall also apply in all respects to any corrections officer employed by a county Sheriff's Department as defined by Section 1 of Chapter 37.
