An Act relative to inventory tax lost revenue reimbursement.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 173 of the Acts of 2008, the commonwealth shall reimburse any city or town for the personal property tax revenue lost as a result of a business conforming with federal entity classification rules.
