An Act relative to real property tax exemptions.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The first paragraph of clause thirty-seven of section 5 of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “blind”, in lines 835 and 839, in each instance, the following words:- “or disabled”.

SECTION 2. Clause thirty-seven A of section 5 of said chapter of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “blind”, in lines 849 and 853, in each instance, the following words:- “or disabled”.
