An Act extending Title V tax credits to municipal sewer tie-ins..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.Subsection (i) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws , as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after “septic system” the following: -

“or municipal sewer tie-ins”
