An Act relative to rolling back the income tax.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of Chapter 62 of the General Laws is hereby amended in the first line of subsection (b) by striking “5.3 per cent” and replacing it with “five per cent”.
