An Act exempting active and full-time military service members from motor vehicle excise taxes.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  The eighth paragraph of section 1 of chapter 60A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 130, the following words:-“In any city or town accepting the provisions of this paragraph, the” and inserting in place thereof the word: “The”.
