An Act relative to lottery compliance investigations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 31 of chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “any member or employee of the commission", in line 3, the following words:- except as authorized by the director for investigative purposes,
