An Act relative to licensed premises.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 15 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting the following paragraph at the end thereof:-
All licensed premises under this section must have a separate entrance and shall not share an entrance or egress with any other business; shall have separate registers at point of sales and shall not share registers with any other retail business; shall not share employees with any other retail business; shall not share storage area with any other retail business; shall not display or advertise any alcoholic beverages in any other retail business; shall have clear signage indicating it is not owned by or managed by any other retail business.
