An Act to encourage economic competition.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, no authority, as defined by section 39 of chapter 3, shall require a project labor agreement of any proposed construction contract advertised by said authority.
