In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act designating Cyrus E. Dallin as the official sculptor of the Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 2 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
SECTION 61. Cyrus Edwin Dallin shall be the official sculptor of the Commonwealth.
