An Act relative to the opening meeting law.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 18 of chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended in the definition of "Public Body", by striking the phrase "the general court or the committees or recess committees thereof".
